Kom'Royza - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kom' Royza is an alleged secret society believed to have originated in India around 1100 AD with the purpose of investigating the supernatural and preventing it from interfering with the world of the living.
First mention of Kom' Royza in the western world comes from a 17th century German Jesuit scholar, Athanasius Kircher, whom described the mysterious order in Oedipus Aegyptiacus as deeply secret, strict...found even among Aegyptian scholars and priests.
The only known Kom' Royza symbol reportedly found is on a wall of the medieval Castle Tarascon in the South of France.

 History of KOM
Usage of the KOM system at QZ has declined towards the end of the 1980-s, as more and more organizations acquire their own electronic mail or conferencing system instead of using the system at QZ.
The group behind the KOM system, led by Torgny Tholerus and Jacob Palme, developed a new conferencing system called SuperKOM during the latter half of the eighties.
The main difference between KOM and SuperKOM is that SuperKOM supports a distributed data base, with automatic replication between servers, and where the distribution of the data base onto many computers is largely transparent to the users.

kom is the etymological descendent of kâmâ, the name of the region at the confluence of the Kunar and Kâbul Rivers where the Kom lived a thousand years ago.
Thus, encoded in the charter may be an indication that the Kom migrated to their present site some 23 generations ago, or around 1500 A.D. Using this assumption, I have placed the ancestor of kâñ'a´s (‘Blind One´s') Boys in the same generation as piT.
Their precise linking in the charter is unknown, but they are reputed to be the descendents of a Kom´s marriage to the daughter of the blind Jâši leader who remained at Clay Ridge when the Kom took it over.
